Benefits of using Waterborne Paints
Waterborne paints are the latest in paint technology. They utilize water as a solvent to disperse a resin, making coatings eco-friendly and easy to apply.
Waterborn coatings contain up to 80% water with small quantities of other solvents, such as glycol ethers. These coatings are also known to be environmentally friendly as regulations require Waterborn coatings to have a VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) content less than 2.5 pounds per gallon of water.
